Patio Sliding Door Roller Assembly Replacememt

The dimensions are 3/4" wide and 1.5" tall as measured at the end where the screw heads are located. The outside diameter of the steel wheels are 1.5". There are two wheels. The total length of the unit from the point where the screws are located to the end of the inner wheel is 4.5". The length of the metal bracket portion is 3-1/8". Each of the two patio doors is 4 feet long. There are no markings on the roller assembly or the sliding door to identify the manufacturer. The house is 5 years old so the patio door is about 5 years old. The door is aluminum with double pane glass.
