I'm sorry, I can find any names or markings on the door.  It was installed prior to us owning the home

Thanks for reaching out! This patio door handle has a similar design to the 82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, carefully review the specifications.

Dimensions for 82-086

Our 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock is not an exact replacement match for the internal lock but I do believe it should work for the repair. You'd also likely need to replace the keeper with the 82-249.

These are sold separately from the handle set.
