Hello,I have an old patio door handle and locking mechanism that locks at the top and bottom.I&rsquo;ve attached photos of the handle and the door edge where the mechanism goes.Measurements:Distance between screw holes: ~3-15/16 inThe lock engages vertically in the door frameCan you please identify the correct replacement handle/lock set and provide a part number?Thank you

Thanks for reaching out! This Truth patio door handle set is no longer available, unfortunately. There is a chance either the 82-005 Surface Mount Sliding Door Handle Assembly or the 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle Set could work for the repair.

Both options will require drilling new holes so the set can be installed to the door but the surface mount handle will also require drilling holes for the compatible keeper.
