Patio door handle

Question

Hi. I'm looking for a replacement patio door handle. The spacing between the screws is just a smidge under 5".
This one is fine but another one is broken into pieces and needs to be replaced.
The only identifying information I can see on the handle is "XX". The only identifying information on the glass is "Herculite" and some numbers and letters.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We don't have this exact style, but I think our 82-005 will function the same way. Look it over and see what you think.
