Patio door handle

Question

I have a Pozzi sliding patio door and need the handle/lock. The screw holes are 3-7/8" O.C. the door thickness is 1-5/8" wood plus a 3/8" aluminum cladding. the edge of door mortise is 6" high with a radius profile top and bottom. MI have included pictures of this.

Hi there! These photos are a huge help. I think you should consider our 82-035 handle set, which should match your hole pattern and fit on your door. I'm less certain about the mortise lock but consider our 82-260 to start. Go over our dimensions to confirm that it will match in the space available. I think there's a good chance this is what you want, but without the original for a reference I cannot be 100% sure.
