Patio door handle

We unfortunately don't have a handle set with a 5-1/2" hole spacing. We have some handles that may work for you anyway, but it would require drilling new holes. 

If that interests you, then I need a bit more information before I recommend anything. Please tell me how your old handle locked to the door frame. Was it a type of clamp, or was it a hook? That portion seems to be missing from your hardware, but it's an important detail.
