Patio door handle

Question

Made by Acadia, installed in 1973.
Plastic handles are failing, cracking and breaking off.
Hole centers are 4-7/8".
Are replacements available in any style?

Hello,

This looks like an older style surface-mount handle set. We don't have anything exactly like it, but based on your hole spacing and photos I think you could use our 82-005 with 4-15/16" mounting holes. Take a look and see how the latch that locks your door compares to ours, which is not visible in your photos. Look it over, as well as the related installation video, and see what you think.
