Patio door handle

Hello,

It looks like the original patio door hardware was replaced with a surface-mounted handle set like our 82-005, which has 4-15/16" installation hole spacing. The assembly doesn't come with a key lock but it is compatible with the 82-306 keyed exterior pull, which you would use in place of the non-keyed pull that comes with the 82-005.
