Patio door handle assembly

Question

From a house built in the mid 50's in Oregon. If just the lever is available, that's all that is needed.

Unfortunately, we do not carry the handle set in your photos, but see if you could use a surface-mounted option like our 82-005. Keep in mind that you would need to drill new holes to install it. Look over the video below to see if this could work for your door. Thank you!
