Patio door handle inquiry

I need to find the right replacement for the patio door handle attached photos. My existing handle set is about 5 7/8 inches from screw hole to screw hole.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement handle set that would be compatible with the multi-point mortise lock shown in your photos. If you haven't already, you may want to try reaching out to the door manufacturer directly. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for the reply.

I do not know the manufacturer of the door and can't find any brand name on it. 'm willing to change the lock and have the handle that matches. also if you please review the photos, I have a second hole that is closer to the upper one that makes the hole center to hole center between these: 4-7/8 inches, can you please check if there is something that matches these spec or give me some guidance on how to locate the door brand/manufacturer

Unfortunately, we do not carry any mortise locks that will replace yours that extend the full length of the door. The only possible solution that we could offer is something like the 82-005 surface-mounted handle set with 4-15/16" installation holes. This would bypass the internal mortise lock entirely but you would need to review the video below to determine if you'd be able to install the handle set and keeper. We can't make any guarantees but take a look and see what you think.
