Patio door handle/ lock assembly replacement
The key lock on your handle set appears to be centered like the one on the 82-030A Centered Keyed Handle Set. Take a look over the diagram below to determine if this might be the correct replacement.
If you are in need of the internal mortise lock in the door, I will need to see photo of the existing lock to confirm its replacement. These are sold separate from the sets and I would not be able to determine the one you need based on the photo of the keeper, which appears to be the 82-249.
First off thank you for the reply. I used your attached diagrams and the handle looks like a match, however my striker dimensions are different (please see my scribbles on the printout). I also attached what the key cylinder looks like. Last, for the actual hardware in the door that latches onto the striker, do you sell that or is it too door specific?

This is the closest replacement match we have to your keeper. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that there is an exact match elsewhere.
Your best bet would be to replace the mortise lock, which is the part inside the door. I will need to see a photo of it to identify the replacement.
Since you would be replacing the handle, the key lock it comes with would work just fine for the repair.
