Patio door handle or one with keyed entrance

I need a replacement patio door lock. LJ STONE does not make this lock any longer. I'm 77 years old and I live alone. If you can't help me maybe you can point me in the right direction to purchase a compatible door lock or handle Thanks

Hello there!

Your handle set resembles our 82-005 with 4-15/16" hole center spacing which is compatible with the 82-306 keyed exterior pull. Look over the specifications for this part and compare them with yours to see what you think.
