Hello, I need to replace an old patio door handle. I have attached pictures

A customer submitted photo of a door handle.

Thanks for posting. Can you please tell me the distance between the handle's installation hole centers, in inches? This will help us locate an applicable replacement part. Please also let us know the length of the square hole between the installation holes.

Hello Tom,
The distance between the handle installation holes is 3 and 3/4 inch. The length of the square hole is 1 and 3/4 inch

Thank you for your patience in this matter. After extensive research, we have been unable to find this exact type of door handle. That said, please take a look at our 82-003 and 82-005 and see if you think either of these might work for you.
