Patio door handle and double lock mortis

I need the the handle, mortis and plate cover. 2 Point Sliding Patio Door Mortise Lock 11-3/4" Faceplate Dual Hook Latch. I'm confident this is what I need. I paid someone to repair the parts but never finished. Thank you
