Patio door handles

Need to replace patio door handles. screw holes are 4 7\8 inch apart. Door thickness is 1 5\8. Need interior and exterior handles x 3. Ideally bronze or brown in colour as the doors are made of cedar.

Thanks for posting. It's tough to tell for sure from your photo, but this looks like a surface mount type handle. These have their own built-in mortise lock. Since you also mentioned that your hole spacing is 4-7/8", I would wager our 82-005 is the product you want. Look it over and let me know what you think.
