Need to replace the handles on this patio door has an internal lot. Need to identify what part we need for this so we can order

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for your handle assembly. I do not believe it is made any longer. The only thing that we carry for you is a substitute solution: the surface-mounted handle set 82-005. This has its lock built on the inside pull. It has 4-15/16" mounting holes, which may not cover the originals and would require drilling new holes. We cannot guarantee this would work for you, but we have no closer option. I apologize for the inconvenience.
