Patio door latch

Question

The small piece that is actuated by the lever has sheared, leading me to believe the mechanism is worn and not operating smoothly. Looking for a new replacement. See photos.

If you are looking to replace the handle set I'll need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation holes.
