Looks like your photos are showing the inside plate of our 82-005 handle set. Check it out and see if you agree.

Paul my handle was the incorrect order. My latch does not have the handle attached like 82-005. Do you have another latch in mind? Thanks!

Would it still work even with the pull? This is the only type of handle we have in this style with 4-15/16" hole spacing. Why won't it fit? I can't think of anything that would get in the way of the handle. Is it not lining up with the keeper?

I was able to make it work. I removed the clip holding the latch together. That allowed me the reverse the hook. I was able to cut off my existing handle and use the remnants for a spacer. Now it works perfectly!
