Howdy? The top latch does not extend or retract. Therefore the door will not stay latched when closed. I do not see any markings on any of the hardware? The sliding screen has Quanex building products sticker.
The home builder is Richmond American in Colorado and the material is regular contract grade stuff..I am unable to locate a suitable lock replacement in my searches? appreciate your input?
