I need to replace my patio door lock. You are the manufacture I believe, of the door & lock?

Can you help me purchase a replacement lock?

I'm going to attach photos of the lock

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We don't manufacture door hardware, so you may have us confused with another company. We do sell these parts as a third party, though, so I can probably still help you.

Before I recommend anything, can you show me a picture of the handle where this latch installs? I want to see the whole assembly. That will help me determine if we have anything in our inventory that's compatible. Thanks!

This is a big help. I can tell you confidently now that we don't have a replacement for that little latch piece. We don't even have an exact match for the handle, though we do have one that operates in more or less the same way: see our 82-005. I think this can work for you, though before you buy anything I recommend checking to make sure that your screw holes are spaced 4-15/16" apart, center-to-center. If they are, then the 82-005 should work well.
