The small knob end piece has broke off, probably need to replace the insides also. It's for my house, I actually installed this myself it is a keyed entry sliding patio door from window world bout about 15 years ago.

Hello, thanks for posting! In regards to your latch lever, take a look at our 82-107. A malfunctioning latch lever can often indicate a problem with the mortise lock, so you're likely right on in needing to replace that as well. For that, take a look at our 82-260. Compare its dimensions to yours to see if it could work for you.

Apparently you are out of stock for part 82-107, do you have the entire handle and lock as a set that I could buy?

Take a look at our 82-086. Keep in mind that the mortise lock is sold separately. Good luck with your repair!
