Patio door lock set

Question

I am looking for the lock for a sliding glass patio door. The total length of the handle showing vertically is 6 5/16 in and the distance between two screws is 4 3/16 inch. Could you please help me find the whole set shown in the two pictures? Thanks a lot!

Your door assembly is a bit out of the ordinary and, unfortunately, we don't have an exact replacement. With that bring said, take a look at the 82-005 surface mounted handle set, along with the related video, to see if this could work for you. Keep in mind that this would require drilling new installation holes while being careful not to hit the glass in the door. Look it over and see what you think. Thank you!
