It looks like you may have a surface-mounted handle set similar to the 82-005 shown below. Take a look at the specifications and installation video to determine if this could work for your application.
As for your rollers, we may be able to help but we would need to see the original part uninstalled to compare to our inventory. The height, width, and wheel diameter are also important to narrow down your options. Thank you!
