The closest we carry to your original style is the 82-086 handle set that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center along with the 82-265 mortise lock that has a 11" installation distance from center to center.

Please double check the original dimensions to see if these parts will fit your door. Also see the compatible 82-249 keeper. Let us know what you think!

Please note that when we see this type of breakage to the handle, it may be due to the door being harder to open. This could be caused by a damaged track or roller assembles. I recommend checking the rest of the hardware for damage or debris so the handle does not break in the same way.
