Patio door replacement handles

Question

Attempting to locate the attached handles for a Levittown, PA Levittown home.  They appear to be made by PARLYN, model on the handle is 999R.  The primary screws are 3 1/2 inches apart..  the length was of handle is approximately 5 inches.

Thank you for your patience in this matter. This handle set is no longer made, unfortunately. The only thing we can suggest is using our 82-005 surface mount handle and drilling new holes for it to install.

The other issue is the dummy handle, which appears to be further acting as a keeper. We will not be able to supply this. We do have a face mount keeper, our 89-012, that can at least allow the 82-005 to lock, but it will not act as a secondary handle. I am sorry we cannot offer anything closer.
