No markings or written info. Plastic wheel, approx 1-3/8" diameter. Size is 1-1/2" tall x 2-1/8" long (just the fixed portion, not including the sliding adjustment inner part that would make it variably longer). Pressure fits into aluminum sliding door (no brand found on the door, either.) Circa mid 1980's?
Body approx 9/16" wide (overall thickness). Approx 3/4" thick at the bumps.

The 81-148 and 81-254 come to mind since they have the same tab at the top. However, I don't think the dimensions match up to your roller.
We also offer the 81-139, which may be worth considering even though the tab is at the bottom. I believe this is a better match to the roller you need but we can't make any guarantees since it is not exact. You'll also notice that none of our parts come with 1-3/8" diameter wheels but you may be able to adjust them to make up for the difference.
