I'm afraid this roller has been discontinued and is no longer available. That said, a friend of ours says that our 81-279 works as a nice replacement. The adjustment screw is a little higher, but the wheel rolls better than the old roller's noisy treads.

Just make sure to check the adjustment screw placement before putting the door back in the frame. If the adjustment screw can't be reached after installation, put a shim inside the slot to bring the roller out a little.

Received the new part. After a little determination, it did work! Thank you!! We did end up using a shim on the roller closest to the handle. Works so much better. Can easily open and close and it even locks now! :)
