Need to find door handles that go with the 82-265 lock

The part that I need to replace is pictured below.

Can you identify and help me get a replacement. The top hook is broken and will not move.? The distance between screw holes is 11 inches. The 82-265 does fit the space but does not fit my handle which allows for only hole for the handle to fit through to engage both locks, top and bottom.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I agree that our 82-265 looks like the best match for your mortise, but I'm not sure that I understand why it won't work with your original handle. Can you elaborate on exactly why they're incompatible? Looking at your photos, I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work.
