Patio lock part needed

Hello, Vince. We don't have a mortise lock with a 4-1/2" hole spacing, but our 82-226 is close at 4-5/8". Could this work for you? Double check your measurements to be 100% sure. Make sure to measure from the center of each hole, not their edges.

The 82-226 is compatible with various keepers. Three popular options are the 89-020, 89-021, and 89-021D. I don't know which one of these, if any, will work for you, so look over our pictures and dimensions to determine the best match.

Finally, for the thumb lever, the only part we have that can work is the 82-106. This is compatible with the 82-226 mortise but I do not know if it will be compatible with your handle. Yours isn't a style I'm familiar with.
