I'm afraid we don't have a handle set with that kind of hole spacing. The only option we have that will work for you is our 82-005, which has a hole spacing of 4-15/16" center to center. You will need to redrill holes to get this to work. I apologize for the inconvenience. 

You know, it also might be worth to take a look at our 82-082. This looks like your handle set, although it only comes in a white finish. Take a look and see what you think.
