Patio sliding glass door lockset : SWISCO.com

Hi, We think our patio glass sliding door is by Silverline. It locks but sometimes will not unlock, so we need a new lockset. Hopefully you can identify it and have the lockse. It was installed in 2014.

Hey Eileen. Our 82-265 Mortise Lock should be able to replace your old one. It works with the updated 82-249 Keeper. If you need a new handle set as well, see the 82-086. Let me know if you have further questions.

Hi,
My patio glass door keyed handle is broken( photo attached)The height of the handle is 9.5" and the length between the two holes in the lock is 11 " and the door has already has such place for it. Please kindly advise if the swisco product Multipoint Mortise lock with face plate #82-265 and the Legacy keyed handle set # 82-086 is a good replacement option for the existing hole on the door ( photo attached). I would appreciate your feedback and advice

Thanks for posting. Yes, it does look like you have the 82-265 and 82-086. Just make sure the dimensions and orientation of the hooks match what is shown below. For a new keeper, see the 82-249.
