Patiorama sliding glass door handle

I need a replacement handle for his old Patiorama sliding glass door. I know it will have to be a newer generic replacement. As long as it works I don't care.

As you suspected, this Daryl Patiorama door handle set is no longer available. I suggest considering a surface mounted handle set like our 82-005, along with a 82-306 exterior handle with key lock. You will need to drill new holes to install the new handle. I'm afraid these are not available in a chrome or nickel finish.
