Patriot Window (2005) Channel balance

Windows will not open when I attempt to lift it up. Some of the window appears to have loose strings that connects to the channels

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but the stamp code on the balance channel does not identify the correct replacements, only the strength of the spring. To get started, we would need to see photos of your balance fully remove from the window, including both ends and the fitting attached to the end of the pulley cord. See the videos related on this page to assist you in the meantime. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your balance resembles the S795-36 (36B). Note that this assembly comes with the 15-195 close-cam T-lock shoe but the 15-195B open-cam shoe shown in your photos is available separately. See the video below showing how to swap out the shoes.

Okay, thanks so much with your help. I have 5 defective windows so I will need 10 balances (S795-36B) and 10 shoes (195B). How do l go about in ordering them ?
