Patriot Window? Need help with part

I need to find parts for the windows shown. I have many that have these part missing the top part so the window doesn't open all the way and stay up. Also need 1 of the pieces that hold the window to the frame (see pic). Top to bottom its

Take a look at our video below that will show you how to convert your old block and tackle balance to our S795 channel balance. As for your tilt latch, well need to see a picture of an undamaged latch removed form the window to narrow down your options. Some dimensions would also help us make an accurate recommendation.
