Patriot Window Replacement Part

I'm trying to replace what I believe is a T-Lock Balance Show for my Patriot Windows. The windows are 10 years old and this part is slowly breaking on all my windows. I have more photos of part if needed?

Your part looks like our 15-195B. However, since it has a groove, our replacement will not work on your current balance. You will need to replace the entire balance with our Series 795. Please look over both parts mentioned and let us know if you should need any further assistance.
