Patriot Window Replacement Parts

Question

I hastily order what seem to be incorrect parts and are returning them for refund. I need guidance on the proper parts.

1 - Pivot Shoe I think I found correct one (your part # 15-046) mine pictured in 2 inches H, 1 1/4 W and 1/2 inch thick.

2 - See photo of the spiral balance - I purchased your S900-29 but this is def not as thick as the one that came from the window - I have also enclosed photo of one of the one I bought next to the one that came out of the window - Also the one from the window is 28.5 Inches and your site only has 29 or 28 - need guidance on which size to buy.

If the S900 balance that you ordered was too narrow, take a look and compare the S600-29 spiral balance to your assembly, which has a 5/8" diameter tube. For a 28-1/2" long balance, we would recommend going with the 29" length.

As for your pivot shoe, the 15-146 should work for you as long as the width and thickness match your dimensions exactly. Thank you!
