Patriot block & tackle track

Question

I have a 10 year old Patriot window, the one spring mechanism is broken. The metal track is 36" long, the plastic swivel on the bottom is 7/8" long. The numbers stamped on the track are 36B ...BS1. Can you identify the part and tell me the part number I need to order. I need two (2) of the units, the defective ones are on the right side, if that makes a difference.

Thanks for posting, Darryl. Check out our S795-36 channel balance with a 36B stamp option. I think this looks pretty close but let me know if you agree.
