Patriot pivot shoe

Hello,
I purchased a Ryan townhome built in 1997. The windows installed were the Patriot serios 2000 double pane window. The pivot shoe on the right side broke and I need it replaced. What information do you need from me to order a replacement?

Good morning, Vicky. I'm afraid I cannot identify what your shoe is based on these images. I would need to see a few pictures of it fully removed from the window, along with a few dimensions.

That said, you could start by comparing it to our 15-046. If that doesn't match, though, then I will need clearer images and dimensions. Thanks!
