Thanks for posting! I am confident we have a replacement balance that will work for you, however, I'll need to see a photo of the shoe that would be attached to the bottom of the balance.
There are a few different tilt window shoes that this measurement could apply to.
Given that your balance has the 15-198 hook on the top of the balance, these will need to be a custom/special order. Keep in mind that they are non-refundable and non-returnable so it will be important to confirm the exact shoe needed for your balance. This will also help to accurately confirm pricing and availability.
Also, there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance order.
Are there just 2 sizes? Can I order one of each size? I understand they are not returnable. I need them in a hurry as we are selling the house. Let me know the price

I do understand and empathize that you are in a time crunch, but, unfortunately, there are more than just two shoes that are compatible with the type of balance you have. There are also more than just the two sizes you've provided.
So, even if I were to send a link for two of them, that does not guarantee that either of those two shoes would work. In the case that they do not work, we would need start back at square one with the requested photo of the shoe and a confirmed measurement to ensure that you would be getting the correct balances.
