Patriot window balance

I just received replacement sash springs (series 795-30C) and they are not the same as the ones I need to replace. I've attached a picture of the ones I currently have (right) and the one I received (left). I looked around your website and couldnt find what I was looking for. These are Patriot windows which I've gathered from comments on your website have gone out of business and I need to order custom sash springs. Could I get a quote for 4 & 6 replacement sash springs for Patriot windows please? If it is possible to just get the boot at the bottom of the spring that actually attaches to the window that is all I really need. If not, no big deal.

You have an older version of the Series 795 channel balance that is no longer made. The Series 795 was made specifically to replace it, though, and should install the same way without any issue. The reason they changed the design is because they didn't consider the groove necessary, so they phased it out.
