Patriot window balance spring assembly replacement

Looking for a replacement balance for Patriot single hung windows. The window says Patriot and 1700. The removed balance is 32" long without the foot, about 33" with it. Says "32C" and "BSI" on the side. Hope the pictures are clear enough. The pulley parts are busted up, sorry I don't have a working one to show. Looks similar to your 850? Any help on the part(s) I would need to fix this? Thanks!

Actually, I think our Series 795 might be a closet match. Check it out and let me know what you think. I also recommend that you double check the length of the metal channel. With a stamp like 32C, then the length should be 32".

Thanks for the quick response, Tom, you guys are awesome. Wow, you're right, the 795 series looks almost identical. The channel itself (metal portion) is 32", if I add the length of the pivot foot then it adds an inch to the length of the assembly. I will order some today. Thanks for the help!

Not a problem! Just remember to only measure the metal channel. Don't count the shoe when you consider length.
