Patriot window replacement parts

Question

Hello, i have original Patriot windows that are 22 years old. While doing some of this years window cleaning i found that on 2 of our windows had several things broken.

Window lock mechanism on the right side
The Pivot shoe mechanism was broken on the right side.
I would also want quantity of (10) 70-123 : Patriot Screen Clip's.

I would like to order replacements for both. The window lock mechanism i would want 2 right side and 1 left side lock. One would be to fix the broken lock and the others would be for spares. The Pivot shoe i would want 2 as well and keep one as a spare.

In 2018 i purchased several replaement parts from your company and am happy with your service so i am hoping you can help me out with my needs.

Hello, Ira. It looks like you need a new pivot shoe and some new tilt latches. We should be able to help. I recommend looking at our 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches, as well as our 15-046 pivot shoe. Carefully review the dimensions we show for each to confirm that they will work for you. If they differ in any way, let me know how and I can try to find something better.
