Patriot windows balances and shoes Measurements.
Each window has two balances and two shoes One on each side
The length of the hinges or spiral are 41 1/4 I have to make the assumption it's 42 we could not see all the way to the top. The diameter aproximally 5/8 color tip is red
The shoes are 1.5 inches in length which is approximately 2 inches 1.25 is the width and the plastic part is blue As shown in the pictures.
Please help me to try and select the proper shoes and hinges to replace them so my windows get open and close thank you

Hello, Your pictures show a broken 15-046 pivot shoe. We have helpful media guides on how to remove and install new pivot shoes. The spiral balance will be our Series 600 with a red tip. If you do need a new balance, we will need the tube length. The balance might still be good, you might just need a 75-006 charging tool that will add tension to the Series 600 balance and help you to attached the spiral to the pivot shoe. Thank you! |
