Howdy!"
We just purchased a condo with a broken (actually, missing) lock for the sliding patio door.
We have determined (we think) it is a Peachtree Carvel model based upon the handle design.
We have removed the handle set - interior & exterior - and have attached photos here.
The "guts" (the latch mechanism)are completely missing. The plastic "holster" section that held the latch is broken at one end, so it will need to be replaced.
The "holster" says:

Hello there. We don't have this exact handle set, but I think you could replace it with our 82-005, which functions in a very similar way. You would, however, need to drill new holes to accommodate its larger hole spacing (4-15/16"). Take a look and see what you think.

Hello there. As said above, that exact handle set is no longer made, but we do think our 82-005 could work as a substitute; bear in mind though you'll need to drill new holes to install it. Review the dimensions below and see if you think this could work for you.
