It's tough to say based just on the stamp, but if this is a Peachtree window you could consider our S745-23 balance. I think our 22.25-4 option may also be what you want, but you can always weigh your sash to confirm. This can carry a sash weight of 20 through 23 pounds. Does this setup look good to you?

Glass is 27 1/2" High & 26" wide. The overall size 28" wide & 30 high. aluminum. Can you help?

Unfortunately, we don't sell replacement glass or sashes of any type. Furthermore, Peachtree is out of business. My recommendation is to contact a local glass shop to see if they can replace this pane for you.
