Peachtree patio door handle 45 years old

Question

I ordered this handle from you guys a while back a few years the top bolt for some reason broke off in the outside handle I need to order another one just like this I believe we talked about it and figured it was a peach tree door the house is 45 years old it's the original patio door

Hello there. This exact handle set is no longer made, but the lock mechanism looks a lot like the 82-005. Please compare. The hole spacing, center-to-center, on this handle set is 4-15/16". See if you think this can work for you.
