Peachtree sliding door w eatherstripping

Question

Hi, I have a 1997 fiberglass Peachtree 6' sliding door. I'm trying to replace all the weather stripping on the operational door. Top, door lock side, the strip in between the two doors and the bottom (a track with insulation in it that runs the entire length (6'). Any help would be appreciated!! Thank you
