I have been replacing my screen rollers with rollers similar to 84-028, but I have been having trouble with the plastic holding the spring adjusting screw stripping. The plastic body of the roller is not enough to hold the weight of the screen. Are the 84-075 rollers in metal the same thing? Will they hold up better?

Thanks for posting! Yes, you can use the 84-075 in place of the 84-028. Metal hardware is traditionally more durable than nylon, so the 84-075 may work out better for you. Keep in mind, though, that they tend to rust faster in salt-air environments.
