Peactree Sliding Screen Door

Question

I have two problems!
1. The screen does not slide without binding. I have adjusted all I can and am looking to replace all four rollers with brass if possible. I have attached two pics of the roller, in and out of the door.

2. The hook that catches the screen door to secure closed is broken. If possible, I only need to replace the part mounted to the door frame.

Unfortunately, the roller in your photo is no longer available but take a look at another thread here that features this roller and suggestions from another customer that you may find useful.

As for the keeper, take a look and compare the specifications of the 85-018 to your part. Thanks for posting!
