Pella Tilt-Window Pulley-Block replacement Balances

Question

Pella Tilt-Window, I need 2 complete Channel balances, marking is "26C". There is a hook on the top that attaches to the window frame interior. Bottom is a 1" wide Pivot Lock Shoe (closed back - green insert). Channel is 9/16" x 9/16".

I also need 2 additional 1" Pivot Lock Shoes (closed back-green insert) to have as spares.
